Wow, I have been going to Rusan's locations for 7 years and have never experienced the Rudeness, nor the quality of service and food I did at this location. I had been dining at this location for 3 years and noticed the quality drop across the board. I chose to ignore due to low prices and habit of going there every other week. Server was extremely rude, asked him politely not to return to table. Returned, so I prepared to step away upon request of my girlfriend so she could handle the situation. Manager came storming towards and bumped me, yes bumped me, then proceeded to start yelling at me after I informed him that the server was rude. They, server and manager, proceeded to hover over my girlfriend yelling at her in the booth. THAT WAS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I informed them we were leaving, dropped money for the meal and went to MF SUSHI instead! IF YOU WANT A GOOD TIME, PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE! RUSAN'S IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE! RUSAN HIMSELF KNOWS ME BY NAME AND AS A REGULAR! NO MORE!
