We gave this company quite a bit of business (around $15k) and got a hardwood floor that very quickly warped and buckled. They were quick to make a lot of promises on the front end, but really failed on the delivery of a good product and good customer service. When we approached the company about remedies to fixing the hardwood floors they installed, they absolved themselves of any accountability and would not work with us. They were also very defensive and pretty confrontational about the poor product they obviously used and the shoddy service they obviously provided.
