My dog spent the weekend at Doggie land. I picked her up at 4PM and by 8PM we were in urgent care. My dog had been impaled by what appears to have been a fence of some sort. The wound in her leg was so deep and long that she had gotten a huge fever (105 degrees). According to the vet the wound was definately over 24 hours old. The staff at doggie land neglected to inform me that my dog was injured. With a wound that size there was definately bloodshed and the staff did not notice! The worst part of the situation was that it took the owner of the company OVER 5 WEEKS TO CONTACT ME REGARDING THE SITUATION AND IS REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY for the time my dog spent at their facility. If their customer service is this poor it is awful to think what they do to our dogs when we are not there to supervise. I would not recommend this place to anyone - think twice before you pay top dollar to have your dogs stay here!
