I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! They get you in there making false promises, then do nothing! I have a list of repairs that were supposed to be fixed that one year later still aren't! I was given duck tape to seal out the cold air on a sliding glass door that wouldn't close this past winter! Two other tenants and myself had to shovel our parking lot just to be able to get out. You call them and call them and call them and nothing is done! Then they lie and say you never called or that you refused to have it repaired! I had no airconditioning and it was 97 degrees in my townhouse! Who would refuse to have that fixed!!!!! If you do move in, take pictures!! And document every call, every persons name that you talk to, or they will keep your deposit and lie!! Pros: The outside of the place looks nice
Cons: The insides are dirty and in much needed repairs! The resident pool is awful! Don't be fooled by the main pool! Tenants are not allowed to use that one!
