Let me open by saying that I would have given this place ""0"" stars if possible. I live in Manhattan Beach and have had pizza delivered from many places in the area. I have ordered from this place several times over the years and have noticed a steady, rapid decline, both in the quality of the pizza and in the service. After a bad experience, I didn't order from this place for a over a year. I decided to give them a chance after reading the reviews here. BIG MISTAKE! The person who answered the phone had trouble hearing my order over the loud music they were playing. After being disconnected when put on ""hold"" I finally placed my order and was told it would arrive in 30-45 minutes. After an hour, I called and was told that it was already ""on it's way."" After another 1/2 hour, I called again and was told that they were having problems and was again told that it was already ""on it's way."" I called again to complain and asked for the manager. I was told that there were no managers and the owner was out of town. When I commented, ""When the cat's away, the m*** will play"" she hung up on me. The pizza arrived before I could get through again to cancel the order. When it arrived, it was cold, so thin you could see through it (we're not talking ""thin crust pizza here) and looked like a big bite had been taken out of it. ANY of the local or chain pizzarias have better pies and service.
