I had a great experience with Mr. Notebook. They quickly and correctly figured out what was wrong with my laptop and did a good job explaining the technical stuff to me. They gave me a three to four day repair window, and a very reasonable estimate for the part replacement. (Their quote was more than a third less than what I'd been quoted by another company.) They were done in less than 48 hours, much sooner than I'd expected. No complaints! They are very knowledgeable and fast.
