Went there with a friend from India. The food was just OK. The service was terrible. To be specific when we asked for bottled water we were told that they ran out. When we asked to send out for some they said we could go and get it ourselves. I was appualed by the suggestion. Granted it would have cost a few dollars more for them to buy more water from the deli (which is just across the street by the way) but it would have still been profitable for them to do so.
The other problem we had with the service was the actual serving of the food. We ordered appetizers and main courses. Before we were half way done with our first course the waiter began serving our main course. We had to ask them to bring it back and keep it warm while finishing our first course. The waiter looked at us like we were from another planet. We felt like they were trying to rush us out, especially when they started putting the chairs on the table and turned off the window lights. The heart of the problem is poor training or no training at all in the hospitality business. This is a poor reflection on ownership and or management since it is thier responsibiltiy to oversee the operations of the house. I would not revisit this restaurant nor would I recomend it to anyone since the food was just OK and not good enough to over shadow the poor service.
I read about the questionable service in other reviews on this site however I was willing to give it a chance hoping that they would respond to the feedback. I was dissapointed to say the least.
Pros: Nice front door. Food is average
Cons: Bad sevice. Poor hospitality
