When I lived there 4 years ago, It was horrible. They had very bad mold to where mushrooms were growing on our carpet in the bottom level unit. You could pull back the baseboard and see black mold where the foundation leaks as well as leaky pipes with black and brown mold. A few units flooded every time there was a heavy rain. Water was out for 3 days with no notice and everyone had to use the toilet without flushing and no shower or water for 3 days. Pot holes in driveway. Maintenace had a bad attitude and cussed and threw things a lot. I know one person who stayed 2 yrs after I moved and they said the place was sold to new owners and they remodeled a lot and fixed the flooding problem, put in a new pool and more. They moved due to the price hike as well as they keep changing the pet policy saying yes to dogs, no, and then yes again.
