Hola does have a good menu and most of the dishes I have tried there have been pretty good, but they ruin it with their lousy service. I have been to this restaurant on more than 10 occasions and it did not matter if the place was packed or completely dead, the service was lousy! This place has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever been to. They seat you promptly but that is the last attention you are given. Once the waiter takes your order you never see him again. Good luck getting a refill on your drink. On occasion they have forgotten to bring out part of the meal. I don't understand the popularity of this place. It is definitely not worth the aggrevation from the terrible service.
Pros: Okay food
Cons: Horrible service. Forget about getting your drink refilled.
