Found Mastertech after searching the web and other reviews were positive. I have 3 cars in the family (all foreign). I keep my cars for many years, so having a reputable service team when needed is important. My previous service center changed managers in the shop and service and quality went down hill... So went looking for another place in Plano, TX that knows what they are doing, are trustworthy and are fair on price.\r

I can completely recommend Mastertech! Very approachable and honest. The experience I had with my son's car was just what you'd like. They discovered the problem, called me to outline the time and charge and then fixed it in the timeframe.\r

Great to find a service center like the good old days where they take pride in their work and know what they are doing. Highly recommended.
