The driver was fine, (the car kinda smelled funny but what do you want? it's a taxi)\r
The driver was a little pushy, he hinted that he wanted a tip because he did not make an hourly wage\r
The lady that I spoke to in their office was rude and hung up before I finished speaking\r

All in all, a yellow cab would have been the same and I would not have had to wait 30 minutes.\r
