I will never go back to Firestone. I had a bad customer service rep. The idea about auto service places treating women like they're stupid with cars - so true here. CS guy I was working with called me 'baby'; was on the verge of yelling when explaining that I needed my brake fluid flushed; oh...and he forgot to tell me that when they stripped my lug nuts (and thank you for replacing those) they stripped the hub of my tire and put myself and my 11 month old baby at risk. I could care less about cosmetics of a car, but when you step over the line of safety - that's an issue. They fixed my hub and towed my car to their location on them, but they would not have if I never brought it up and had been firm. I used to love to go to this Fstone, but never again. Their quote was MUCH higher than Walmart (and even if I got Fstone tires from Walmart - $10 cheaper) and Budget Brakes. Brake fluid flush - that's a wash and unnecessary. I know I'm not the only person that has had a bad experience with this company - it's funny the stories you hear after having a bad experience.
Pros: Products have great rep.
Cons: Customer Service no good; not truthful; poor communication
