I bought a 1999 car from Extreme Auto in June 2007. I loved the look of the car, but as I have been shown. LOOKS CAN BE DECEIVING!! I should have just canceled the deal when the manager was rude but I decided to overlook it because it was just the car my daughter was looking for. After signing all rights away concerning holding them liable for anything, I drove the car away. On the way home after driving 7 miles the check engine light came on. I then took it to a reputable authorized dealer with a service department. They told me that more than likely the place I bought it from was resetting the check engine light with a odb2 scanner because the place to plug it in was loose and open and the fact that after driving such a short distance it went on. I have already put $1000 in repairs into the car with almost $3000 still to get done on it. I went into buying a used car with knowing I would have to put some repairs into it, but not to the extent that I have to. This place is awful and does not care what they have to do to sell a car. I let them know that I was buying this car for my daughter who had cancer last year and is now in remission. She had wanted a car like this for the longest. I told them I was looking for a good car for her to drive back and forth to college. Extreme Auto are heartless shishters!!
