Bought a beautiful lucite chandelier in March from them for $600. Told them I would pick up in May when my new home was completed but was delayed until June because of kitchen renovations. They gave me run around when I tried to pick up. Called several times (they have no way to leave messages) & went there twice before finally was given a carton supposedly containing the chandelier I bought. When I opened the box a few days later so that electrician could hang it discovered it wasn't chandelier I had bought. Instead was a cheap chandelier that didn't look anything like the one I had purchased with cheap plastic instead of lucite prisms supposedly made by an Italian expert not even the same shape as on the piece I had purchased. This chandelier can be bought in Home Depot for $157 & according to someone I know in the lighting industry, chandelier came from China & was probably sold to Logan for approximately $49. Took chandelier back & demanded my money & owner (Ivy) refused, lied & insisted it was one that I bought. Incredible! They don't even have anything that cheap on display in the entire shop. I am a senior citizen who cannot afford a $600 loss & am suing them in district court for return of my money. I have since heard innumerable horror stories about them & their business practices, not only from industry insiders but from other stung customers. Wish I had heard before the fact not after! DO NOT BUY THERE!
