I had been going to Faye for a year, a referral from a friend. I asked her to color my blond hair darker with some warm highlights. She colored it auburn with white streaks! Like Dracula's bride! She told me it looked ""beautiful."". I panicked and she said that if I panicked anymore she wouldn't color my hair dark anymore! I asked her if it would look like the picture and she said it would in a week. Since when have you gone to get your hair done and it's supposed to look right in one week! I called her the next day to ask her to fix it, and she refused unless I paid her to fix her own mistake. She told me that I had chosen the colors (????) and therefore it was my fault. My friend said it was unnacceptable and a coworker told me ""it won't do."" \r
So I went to Avant salon, and they immediately saw that her mistake was nothing like what I had requested. They have started repairing the color, however I am going to have to wait for two weeks for my hair to repair itself until they can fix the majority of it. And they told me that she had also fried my ends from too much bleach from all the other previous processes, and the cut was all wrong. Unprofessional.
