This was the first cleaners I used upon moving to Austin. I was extremely nervous about them when I took a sundress in for cleaning and they lost the string that laced up the back for more than a week. But did I learn my lesson? Noooo... I was stupid enough to give them another chance. That's when I experienced the thrill of wearing a new dry-clean-only blouse only once after they managed to shrink it beyond any further use. If you have any care for your clothes, you'll avoid these incompetents like the plague.
