I called about having my car NC inspected and was told they weren't busy. When I arrived there was one person in front of me and it'd be about 30 minutes. There were 2 to 3 people in the waiting room. Over one hour later they had not started on my car and didn't know when they could get to it. I was told ""the guy was busy with tire work"".
