Taqueria Arandas is a regular stop for me and my boyfriend. Usually we're there for their delicious breakfast, but we also stop by for late dinners, since they're open pretty late. I'm a big fan of their huevos rancheros, because their sunnyside up eggs are always just right--not too runny on the top, but the yolks are still very soft. I love runny yolks, but I can't stand it when the egg white on top is uncooked. I enjoy my breakfast with some of their freshly squeezed orange juice, which is worth the slightly higher pricetag.
Pros: Great heuvos rancheros! Love the fresh tortillas!
Cons: Sticky seats. Slow service.
