I first starting going to her for treatment after my husband and I had been trying to conceive through the usual ART (clomid, iui, injections) with a diagnosis of ?unexplained infertility.? In fact, I started going to her just as I was scheduled for laparoscopy, a very invasive surgery that really freaked me out. She helped me through that. Then Sarai gently guided both of us through dietary changes, lifestyle changes, and 9 months of wonderful, comforting and nourishing acupuncture and herb treatments?and now, at age 43, I will be giving birth to my first child, a boy, in October. I believe that I may never have conceived naturally if it weren?t for Sarai?s wisdom and care. Everything you read about her in these reviews is true; she does make you feel like you are her only client. I also like that she supports my vegetarianism, and I like that she truly understands the western as well as eastern approaches to fertility, which allows her to treat and nurture patients through all the high-tech procedures and meds, which can be very stressful and intimidating. She tailors the experience to your individual needs, rather than just giving you a blanket diagnosis and treatment. I went to supposedly ?the best? infertility/fertility acupuncturist in town once, and well?Sarai was better.
