I used this kennel last year & the early part of this year (two times total). They don't allow tours (with the exception of certain months). One should question any kennel that does not allow daily, or at the least, weekly tours. You have a right to see where your pet will be boarding & what their boarding conditions will be. The staff was very cold & unfriendly when dropping off my pet. My dog was VERY stressed each time I picked him up from this kennel. He was nervous & had the shakes & had actually lost weight. Most of the food I left for my pet was returned when I picked him up, yet this kennel's records indicated an "excellent" appetite during his stay. It took him weeks to return to normal. I now use a new kennel & by comparison, it is far better & much less stressful to my dog! I do not recommend this kennel at all! For the sake of your pet, find another kennel! Always tour, always research. Animals can't talk, but your pet 's behaviour & attitude are always the best indicators of what their boarding experience was. This is also not the cheapest kennel around...
