This company conducts itself very unprofessionally and only threatens to report you to the collection agencies even though they do not understand the actual matter at hand. They buy their claims, from other bill collectors, at a discount and just strong-arm the supposed debtors at no cost.
You're better off not addressing them directly because they will only frustrate you (after 6 different phone calls with them, I found this out myself). The best thing to is to document everything and then send them a letter contesting their claim(s), if you truly don't owe the money that is, as in my case.
