I've gone there a bunch of times for brazilian bikini waxings and they were always good. The staff is extremely friendly. I even recommended them to a friend! However, I noticed last time I went that when the waxing was finished, the waxer took the scissors she used to trim the hair and PUT THEM BACK IN THE DRAWER! I am not an expert, but I would think they should be sanitized. I will never go back to this spa again.
