Unbelievably Great Experience

I had a broken shoulder when my husband and I visited Seattle. He'd eaten here before and had raved about it when he returned to Atlanta. We made a reservation and were promptly seated. I had to have the steak, though, of course I couldn't cut it myself. They cut if for me in the kitchen, reassembled my filet into its general original shape, then garnished it as if it had never been cut. Our server was actually distressed that my husband beat her to cutting my asparagus. It was a beautiful experience and I can't wait to go back! (Atmosphere reminded me a little of the Oak Bar at The Plaza Hotel.)
Pros: over-the-top service, expertise, atmosphere, formal yet not pretentious, no kids
