I was very impressed with the service I received from Big Tex. I called them well before 6:30 AM to report that my AC had stopped running during the night. My call was answered by a person who checked the repair schedule and stated that although busy, they would work my call into the afternoon schedule. Later in the day, they were able to give me updates as to when I could expect the technician and arrange to return to my home - the technician was on time, polite and worked diligintly to correct the problem. Finally, I was extremely surprised and impressed at the reasonable service fee - very nice service!
Pros: Courteous and accurate updates; VERY reasonable fees.
