I've called three times, and no one ever answers the phone. I left a messages twice - a week apart - and still nothing.
Their answering machine says they come to the customer to repair the mower, which I'm highly interested in since I don't have a trailer or a way to tow one.
I'm really disappointed that they apparently don't want my business.
Pros: They say they bring the service to the customer
Cons: No one returned my phone calls.
