Around May 1st 2007 I brought two rugs in to be cleaned. They said they would need to send these rugs off to get cleaned at another facility and that it could take a couple weeks. (I was perfectly okay with this) I called in every weekend as recommended by the lady working at the front desk. Now; June 7th I finally get to go pick up my rugs. I get them home all excited to have my rugs back, only to find out that they had not been cleaned at all. They still smelled, they were still full of hair, and it was very evident that they had not been cleaned. I immediately called them to complain about this. They said they would send these rugs back in to get cleaned, at this point I had them in my washing machine at home, and tried to explain to them that I was not interested in waiting another month for my rugs and that I just wanted my money back. After going back and forth with the manager and the lady working at the front desk I gave up, I told the manager that I was going to file a complaint with the B - B - B. I filed a complaint today and will be looking for a refund. I will never do business with this company again. While they are cheaper then most dry cleaning services I do truly believe that you get what you pay for. Major Thumbs down ? Would not recommend to anyone! Pros: Location Cons: They don't do what they say there going to do, and yet they still charge you. more
