Mr. Epps has been my attorney for over 15 years over a custody matter versus my Ex-wife, Joy Kunz. His fee quoted prior to court and the actual costs were less than his quote. He worked hard and relentlessly to seek back child support even when she was hiding out in the state of Colorado for 8 years. Eventually he succeeded in having her placed in jail as she was $44,000 behind in support. Even though my boys are now out of high school he is still seeking back support and without pressing me for payments. It was very fortunate for my boys that he has done the things he did for us. Very fair and honest in my opinion.
Pros: Be prepared...Somewhat on the rough side but thats a plus in court room
