The handful of times I've been in this store, I've been unimpressed. The staff does not seem to be particularly interested in customers and I've received misinformation a couple of times. They seem to know next to nothing about Apple computers - which doesn't stop them from trying to cash in on iPod accessories and such. Basic questions about modems and printer compatibility with the mac operating system stumped all the employees in the store & they seem to have no resources (like internet access) to expand their technical horizons (or provide customer support). I received pretty much the opposite of the extraordinary support & service always offered at HSC.
