There is nothing like calling ahead (as I always have) to hold a helium tank. Hmm you would think there would be no problem until you get there to pick it up and you guessed it, they not only didn't have it I had to rent a larger one (at my expense for their mistake) - Well I guess I wasn't the only one that called ahead, while waiting on my larger tank a couple was there to pick up a tank and you guessed it they didn't have a tank either. When the manager came out, he had no corporate information and did nothing for their mistake. If I didn't need my tank for the next day I would have just got my refund (sure they took my payment and deposit before I got the tank). Considering that I rent often I will be happy to buy my own tank.
