The person at the front desk is not helpful at all. Also, I just needed a simple fix on a pair of sandals, and the person did not even have the right tools or items needed to fix it, and had to re-do the whole look on the sandals. Also, when I called into check the status of my sandals, the person on the other end of the line was very impatient, rude, and could not follow simple directions to check on my pair of shoes. I will never be back even if it is a convenient drive for me.
