After getting engaged I immediately called the Kemper Center to book a date to get married. I was verbally told a date, them saying that another bride was interested it in but her hold had expired so I was free to take that. After booking musicians for my date and time frame, my mother recieved a LETTER (how personal) in the mail apologizing that they had double booked our wedding date and time and that I would need to find another place, or take a different time that day. It took numerous phone calls to the coordinator to try and resolve this MAJOR screw up, and when she didn't return phone calls her excuse was that it ""slipped her mind"" to call us back.
