The absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with, they literally stole over $80 from us and we have no recourse short of small claims court.
They shipped us a clock that was broken (probably because it was shipped in an ENVELOPE! instead of proper packaging) so when we received it the clock was not functioning properly, was very loud.
We, in turn, shipped the clock back "properly packaged" in order to get a refund "minus the shipping & 10% restock" which for a clock that was broken before we ever touched it is a rip off right there. None the less we were willing to accept the $16 penalty for THEIR mistake.
So now they have both our $83 plus the broken clock and they refuse to refund either the $67 they owe us or even to send the clock back so we could collect on the postal insurance, which BTW is what THEY ARE DOING with the broken clock they sent us.
So they stole $83 from us then collected $70 from the post office and have kept all the money.
BUYER BEWARE!! These people are crooks.
I only wish there was a MINUS star rating to signify such a dishonest company.
