This place is horrible. On Saturday 6/16 I wanted to go for a leisurly fun ride so I rented two bikes from them to ride from Newport Beach to Huntington. On our way back we got a flat tire.No big deal right? Wrong. Not only did the bike place not apologize. They did not offer any assitance or a refund. Instead we had to search for someone to repair the bike.
When we returned the two bikes the shop wouldn't refund us our money for the trip, or pay us back for repairing THEIR bike's tire! It was absurd. The employees are rude and give horrible customer service. I do not recommend renting from them at all!

Cons: Bike upkeep is bad - you are out the money to pay for the repairs.
