My daughter has her orthodonic work done there, she had a problem with a band breaking and they wouldn't even take the time to fix it. FINALLY made an appt to get the band replaced only to arrive (after taking my daughter out of school) and find that the ortho dept was out for lunch at the time the office set the appt. Oh sure they offer nothing but apologies but apologies don't fix my daughters teeth. Now she will have to wait to have it repaired at her next appt (4 WEEKS AWAY). Unacceptable service, I am in the process to change orthodontists. Don't chance it with your ortho work.
