This moving company took apart my belongings such as bicycles, barbecue, exercise equipment, chair, etc... so they could fit it in every nook and cranny and then could not put anything back together correctly. They do not box mattresses as agreed nor do they protect other wood furniture from the pieces they are fitting in therefore most major furniture was damaged. Good thing we packed the boxes internally as if they were going to be tossed. Nothing inside them was broken although huge holes on the outside of most of them. They also took several of my wardrobe boxes and put my belongings into other boxes of mine. This was unprofessional. I paid for those wardrobe boxes. This was done in their warehouse. Do no trust them. Would not recommend West Coast Moving and Storage or Stevens Worldwide Van Lines. This is not a professional company in my experience. They were unable to re-assemble the items they took apart so they would work correctly. They would not honor their contract. Horrible service!!! After my family has moved 26+ times worldwide, this company did one of the worst jobs.
Cons: Total negligence and unwillingness to do the right thing to have my belongings put back together.
