Evolution Trainers has a lot of lovely characteristics, but the most important thing is the friendly athmosphere that the personal trainers and staff create. As you walk in, you are greeted with a big smile of Marcy, the receptionist. Then you hear the others who've seen you before asking how you are doing. It is very different from those franchised health clubs. \r

All the personal trainers there are great people. I have been working with Alev, who is a great motivator, for a long time now. I remember being very nervous, shy and clumsy when I first started, but somehow Alev made me feel very comfortable with her fun personality and with her careful planning of my exercise course, I improved my fitness level tremendously. Of course other personal trainers had a large part in it, I would hear their encouragements as I panted. Now I chat with them, and even joke with Carlos, who is also a fun trainer.\r

Other great things: you always find parking, they provide you with towels, shampoo, even deodorant. Not every gym does that, you know. Very friendly, cheerful people. And they have a very large open area. They follow the newest technologies, too. They buy new, fun and innovative gears every so often.
