Yesterday I went to Papardalle on Columbus Avenue. Since I returned from my trip to Italy a few months ago I have been in search of some great Italian food and I think I found it. The gnocchi was to die for. It?s that special feeling you get when something you eat is so good it?s as if you were eating clouds. Gnocchi not being the souffles of the pasta genus can sometimes be extremely heavy but this meal had a specific bounce to it and it felt lighter than most concrete like meals I?ve digested. The desert was, though not like in Italy, was quite tasty and the coffee was good. Overall I give it an 8 out of 10
