I just got back from Palace Cafe and let me tell you, the service was THE WORST I HAVE EVER experienced! I ordered an herb chicken entree & they either lost my lunch order or gave it to someone else. This was told to me only after I had gone upto the counter to ask for it. The server then came to our table and said that it would take them 3 mins to prepare a new order. My coworkers and I were there for nearly an hour and I was forced to sit and watch them eat their food for the entire time. I didn't finally get my order until 5 mins before we left to return to work. Needless to say I again had to go back upto the counter to get my food. I will never eat there again.\r

It's a shame my company spends as much money on ordering catered food from them. When the restaurant clearly needs to work more on improving their customer service in the restaurant.
Pros: The outdoor seating area
Cons: Don't go to this restaurant if you are pressed for time!
