I got my Latte right away, and it was delicious. But after putting a dollar in the tip jar, my bagel somehow got lost in the shuffle of other patrons. I watched a few omlettes come and go from the skillet to people who were behind me in line until I got the server's attention. She still made one more order before mine. When I got home and bit into the bagel, it was totally dry! I opened it up and saw a small dab of cream cheese slapped across the center, right over the hole. It was a crappy cafe experience.
