I recommend not using this company to pick up your furniture. Their customer service is terrible; they are unresponsive to telephone calls; and their ""selectivity"" when it comes to furniture will you leave you in a bind when it comes time to move out of your apartment. It was the worst experience I have ever had with respect to a company's customer service. It is, of course, an excellent cause; this does not give them the right, however, to treat their customers like garbage.
