I went into tangles to have my hair highlighted. The girl who did my hair gave me a combination of blonde and ash highlights she combined them incorrectly giving me a GREEN tint to my hair. as soon as I left, my my boyfriend was shocked, I looked in the mirror and cried. myfamily kept asking me if I have been swimming a lot because of the way may hair looked. I was disappionted. i returned to tangles and asked them to fix my hair so it wouldn't appear green. the owner John refused without reason. After asking and calling repeatedly to end my suffering (lets just say I was getting a lot of looks from people on the street) he agreed to refund my money (which i didn't want) I just wanted my hair to look normal! It turns out after going to 3 shops, no one would touch my hair, it was too complicated, i had to travel to san francisco to have it fixed, it turned out, John the owner of tangles simply took the easy way out, he knew my hair was distroyed and that it would cost him too much time/money to fix it. There were so many highlights in my head that needed to be fixed, it took $450.00 and 4 hours, and Yosh for Hair in sanfrancisco had to fix my color literally HAIR by HAIR. I later learned the girl who did my hair had only worked there three days!
I am shocked that tangels handled my problem this way. I highly recommend going elsewhere for service! the place may look nice and charge a lot, but that doesn't mean quality. DON"T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! DON"T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR HAIR.
