This is my dad's gym. It is a great gym. Even though this is the only place where Flex It exists, you can get buffed pretty quickly. My dad's name is Steve Schulz and he can train you if you need it. He's been coaching for over 30 years and he'll train you if you want him to. The gym includes basketball, dance classes, aerobics, and most importantly, gym equipment. The bathrooms just got redone and they are bigger and better.
