The pedicures here are head and shoulders above those at all the nearby (cheaper) places on 5th Avenue, where the service can be downright rude and the work shoddy. At Element, although a bit pricier, you get a very professional pedicure that lasts at least two weeks. Plus, their chairs have an amazing massage system. So after trying the rude places (eg. Polish on Sterling and 5th), I've become a convert to Element.
