I would not suggest anyone with children move here, the school is located next to a lot of low income and high crime area.
The managers change all the time.
The person that handles rent on the lots is extremely rude and not at all professional, she stops by homes uninvited and is very rude and out spoken.
The manger and asst. manager is very nice.
The pool is pretty and well kept.
The neighborhood is very well kept.
There is a speed limit but it is rarely enforced.
