I have been going to Christine's for about two years for electrolysis and really liked it there. The staff was always friendly and professional. They lost their best electrologist, Peg, about a year ago and unfortunately the service has really suffered since then. I have not been seen one time for an appointment since she left. I usually go for about 5 minutes and have to wait anywhere from 10 minutes to a half hour to be seen. (This is quite unfair as they will charge you if you miss an appointment.) I have finally reached my limit with this poor service. I am paying them $21 + tip for 5 minutes of service and they unapologetically delay my schedule each visit. The last time I was there I arrived early, waited 15 minutes after my 5 scheduled minutes had come and gone, and then asked the receptionist what the situation was because I had to be somewhere. She said that the client prior to me was 20 minutes late for her 30 minute appointment, so everyone was delayed. I expressed that I could not wait any more and thought it was very unfair to not call me, not inform me, and make me wait for someone else's tardiness. There was no apology, no phone call, nothing to make amends. I can see once in a while being off track, but this is a consistent problem that they apparently have no intention of resolving.
