Jillene's Bridal has the poorest excuse for customer service I've ever been exposed to. Her alterations person says they can alter a dress to fit, but when the dress comes in they find it impossible to do so. Then Jill denies any responsibility and can't do anything about it. Basically, hey, I have your money, it's three weeks before the wedding, I won't exchange the dress you have, too late to get another one. Guess you're out of luck. As I said, poor poor poor. Avoid this shop at all cost!
