Outstanding service!

My boyfriend and I took my out-of-town parents to Il Buco last Friday night for dinner. It was our first time there. After delicious appetizers, someone (I think he was the manager) came over to let us know one of our four entrees (mine) would be delayed a few minutes. He apologized profusely and offered me a complimentary salad, which I declined. The entree arrived less than five minutes later. At the end of our meal, our waiter brought over four (terrific) desserts, compliments of the management. We were so surprised, and very appreciative. All this without our ever having to say one word! How often do you get service like that? In my experience, not very often. I never thought I would write one of these reviews but I just wanted to thank Il Buco for reminding me that good service can and does exist and won't soon be forgotten. I will definitely return to Il Buco and you should, too!
