China Blue has got to be one of the best kept secrets in Carrollton. We have lived here 10 years & have yet to find a restaurant we could rate any higher. This little ""no frills"" family owned restaurant has been here longer than we have. Their made to order entrees, appetizers & everything else all the way down to the tea is nothing less than superior. Their extensive menu, outstanding fresh ingredients, incredibly delicious cuisine, generously sized servings, wonderfully reasonable prices & last but certainly not least, their always fast, friendly customer service make this ""little restaurant that could"" our undisputed favorite. Their knowledge of Asian cuisine is impressive & they have always been happy to accommodate a special request if we didn't see it on the menu. They will deliver your order right to your door in a flash, or you can call it in & pick it up on your way home. One evening on the way home, I called to place an order for pick up, but had forgotten the name of the entree I wanted. The cashier was just lovely. I described to her the ingredients & what it tasted like. My order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. What terrific customer service! China Blue is pick-up & delivery only, but that has never been an issue for us. On the northwest corner of Marsh Lane & Rosemeade/(President George B. Hwy 190), unless you're looking, you possibly wouldn't see the place because its so small. But if you don't check them out, you're really missing out. It's Chinese home cooking at its best!
