Markoff inspected our house before we bought it at the end of 2005. The inspector was personable and noted no dry wood termites. But we have many, happy, well-fed termites living under our house. I realize that termites ""happen,"" and wanted to talk to Markoff about doing the termite work. But they have been very slow to respond.
