I found Alpha Engravers in the Yellow Pages online, which is usually a hit-or-miss proposition. I needed to get some aluminum portfolio boxes engraved with my logo, and was also in a big hurry to get them finished for a meeting. My logo is very delicate and I and was concerned that they wouldn't be able to hold the detail. That said, I am an extremely picky designer and was THRILLED both with the sevice and the quality of the workmanship. They also finished the pieces when they said they would!
